The High Value Woman Academy moves through three phases — each one building on the last, each one taking you deeper into the woman you have always actually been.
This is the Unpack → Heal → Evolve™ framework in full.
Phase 1 — Unpack: Understanding Who You Have Been
Before anything can change, it must first be seen clearly.
In this phase, we slow everything down enough for you to actually see yourself — the patterns, the conditioning, the survival strategies that have been quietly running your life. Not with judgement. With honesty and compassion.
You will understand, perhaps for the first time, why the same situations keep returning. Why the same feelings arise. Why what you know and how you live can feel so far apart.
This is not about dwelling in the past. It is about understanding it — precisely enough to accept it, and to stop letting it write your future.
Module 1 — Orientation: You Are Not Broken. You Are Evolving.
This opening module welcomes you into the Academy and sets the foundation for everything ahead. Before we go anywhere, I want you to feel something: you are in the right place.
You will come to understand the deeper definition of a High Value Woman — not the culture's version, but the real one. You will see the four pillars that structure the entire course and the three-phase arc of transformation you are about to move through. And you will begin to understand that the patterns that have brought you here were not failures. They were intelligent strategies that are now ready to be released.
Lessons include: the true definition of a High Value Woman and what it actually means to live from that place; the four pillars and why real transformation requires all of them; the Unpack → Heal → Evolve™ framework and how it works; how to move through this course in a way that honours your nervous system and your real life.
Module 2 — Foundations of the High Value Woman Blueprint
This is where we begin to see clearly what has been in the way of returning to yourself.
You will name the specific patterns — codependency, perfectionism, performance-based power — and understand exactly how they developed and what they have been costing you. You will meet the Female Rite of Passage: the moment when the old strategies stop working and something inside you finally says I cannot keep doing it this way. And you will begin designing your personal High Value Woman Blueprint — a living document, written in your own words, that you will return to at Modules 5, 7, and 10.
Lessons include: the single greatest barrier standing between you and your worth; the three patterns of self-abandonment and where you recognise yourself; the Female Rite of Passage and why what you are going through is not a breakdown — it is an initiation; the real characteristics of a High Value Woman; personal power and magnetism as the natural outcome of living across all four pillars; your Blueprint — first draft.

Phase 2 — Heal: Rebuilding From the Inside Out
This is where the real work begins.
Understanding your patterns is the first step. Healing them requires something more — it requires working with your nervous system, your emotions, your subconscious identity, and the body that has been holding your history all along.
In this phase, you become your own self-healer. Not by managing symptoms. By addressing the root.
Module 3 — Becoming Your Own Self-Healer (Part I)
You have spent Module 2 seeing the patterns clearly. Now you begin to understand the inner world beneath them — and how to work with it.
This module gives you the foundational identity shift that everything else rests on: I am a Self-Healer. Not because you are already through it. But because you now have the tools to meet yourself in the hard moments instead of abandoning yourself in them.
Lessons include: what self-healing actually is — and what it is not; the four core attributes of a Self-Healer: self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-responsibility, and discernment; your three intelligences — head, heart, and gut — and how to use them together; the Unpack → Heal → Evolve™ method in action; how your past became your present — and how to update it; triggers: why you react the way you do and how to work with it instead of being run by it.
Module 4 — Becoming Your Own Self-Healer (Part II)
This module takes the healing work deeper — into the body, the nervous system, and the survival patterns that have been operating below the level of conscious awareness.
Here, you learn why understanding alone is not enough. Trauma lives in the body, not just the story. And healing requires practices that restore safety at the level where the patterns actually live.
Lessons include: what trauma really is — and the compassionate lens that changes everything; somatic healing and why the body must be part of the work; the SCOPE method and heart-centred coherence as daily practices; from overwhelm to burnout — what your body is trying to tell you and how to listen; survival patterns: the beliefs driving the behaviour you cannot seem to stop; reframing the past as a source of wisdom and personal power.
Module 5 — Confidently Your Authentic Self
Authenticity is not a concept. It is a practice — and it requires the healing work of Modules 3 and 4 to become real.
In this module, you begin to live as who you actually are. Not the version that performs, edits, or shape-shifts to keep others comfortable. The woman who knows what she feels, says what is true, and no longer requires external permission to trust herself.
Lessons include: the language of emotions as your navigation system; emotional mastery — not emotional management; releasing self-criticism and building self-trust; expressing your authentic voice with clarity and groundedness; revisiting your Blueprint at the halfway point.
Module 6 — Building Healthy Relationships
The inner work is now ready to be lived in relationship — which is where all of it gets tested, integrated, and made real.
This module teaches you how to love, how to let yourself be loved, and how to show up with others from a place of self-worth rather than survival. You will stop tolerating what costs you. You will stop giving from depletion. You will begin creating relationships that actually nourish you.
Lessons include: understanding the relationship patterns that have been repeating — and why; secure attachment and what it actually feels like from the inside; boundaries as self-respect, not walls; emotional intelligence for real conversations; navigating difficult dynamics from a grounded place.
Phase 3 — Evolve: Living As the Woman You Actually Are
You have done the work. Now you live it.
In this final phase, the transformation becomes your default way of being. You are no longer working on change — you are living from it.
Module 7 — Increasing Your Visibility and Personal Magnetism
Personal magnetism is not something you perform. It is what naturally emerges when a woman is living from genuine self-worth.
In this module, you learn to be visible — not as a strategy, but as a natural expression of who you now know yourself to be. You will understand magnetism as a spiritual law: your state of being is what you draw toward you. And you will begin living in that frequency with intention.
Lessons include: visibility as an act of self-respect; magnetism as spiritual law — the law of consciousness, Goddard, Hicks, Dispenza; how inner steadiness creates effortless authority; contributing your gifts from genuine desire rather than obligation.
Module 8 — Actualizing Your Vision With Your Mind
The final inward work: using the power of your mind and your state of being to consciously create the life you actually want.
This module integrates the quantum field science and spiritual principles that underpin the entire course — the 17-second principle, the subconscious mind as creator, manifestation from inner state rather than external effort.
Lessons include: how your subconscious creates your reality — and how to direct it; the 17-second principle and conscious intention; revision as a daily practice; your High Value Woman vision for the life ahead.
Module 9 — Celebrating Yourself and Integration
This final module is not a conclusion. It is a beginning.
You will revisit your Blueprint — the document you wrote at the start of this experience — and read it alongside the woman you are now. That moment of holding your own transformation in your own words is what this course has been building toward.
You will integrate everything you have learned, consolidate your identity shift, and clarify your next chapter — with a clear sense of where you are going and who is going there.
Lessons include: Blueprint final revisit — before and after; integrating the four pillars as a way of life; celebrating the evidence of your transformation; what comes next — continuing to live as a High Value Woman.

I am Diane Harrison — therapist (MSW), Chartered Mediator, and ICF Certified Executive Coach with 30 years of clinical practice spanning psychiatry, marital and family therapy, mediation, and executive coaching.
I built this Academy because I know what it is to look at a life that looks right from the outside — and feel the growing distance between who you are inside and how you are living.
I also know that most programs designed for women like us offer insight without structure, inspiration without embodiment, and content without the clinical depth that actually creates change.
The High Value Woman Academy is my answer to that.
For 30 years, I have worked with women who appeared to have it all while quietly abandoning themselves. The culture calls the destination "high value." I call it something different: home.
